# Team & Account

## Your team

Everyone you invite joins your **Organization** — the shared workspace that holds your documents, spreadsheets, tasks, and file library. Teammates see and build on the same institutional knowledge; chats stay private to each person.

### Inviting a teammate

Open the **Team** page from the left sidebar, enter the person's name and email, and click **Invite**. They'll receive an email with a link to set up their account. Until they accept, they show in the member list with an **Invite Pending** badge.

### Removing a member

From the same page, remove a member with the remove button next to their name. Their account loses access to the Organization; the documents and tasks they contributed stay in the workspace.

## Activity log

Open **Activity** in the left sidebar to see what your team has done in this workspace: documents and boards created, **deleted**, renamed, duplicated, re-tagged, or switched between team-visible and private — with who did it and when. Filter by person, by type, or by name, and load further back as you need it.

You can also just ask WIZE. "Who deleted my grant application?", "who renamed this document?" or "where did my file go?" are questions it can now answer directly, reading the same log with the same limits on what you're allowed to see.

Two things worth knowing:

- **You only see items you have access to.** A private document someone else owns never appears in your log, and neither does an unsent chat attachment.
- **Content edits are not recorded.** WIZE keeps no version history and no document diff, so the log cannot tell you who changed the *text* inside a document — only what happened to the file itself.

A deleted document is not immediately destroyed. If you need one back, contact support with its name and the date from the Activity log.

## Your account settings

Click the **Settings** gear at the bottom of the left sidebar. Settings are organized into sections:

### Profile

Your name, timezone, and job title. Set your **timezone** so "tomorrow at 2pm" in chat means your 2pm, and set your **job title** so WIZE understands your role when drafting on your behalf.

This section also holds **Assistant behavior** — settings for how WIZE works rather than what it emails you. Today that's **Review email drafts before they're created**: leave it on and an email WIZE writes waits in the chat as a review card until you approve it; switch it off and WIZE puts it straight into your Gmail or Outlook drafts. You can also change it by asking WIZE in chat.

### Notifications

Control which emails WIZE sends you — including the digest, which summarizes activity in your workspace. Pick the frequency that suits you or turn types of email off entirely.

### WIZE Skills

Built-in capabilities you can switch on, like Grants Research. See [Integrations](/help/integrations/).

### Integrations

Connect email, calendar, your CRM, and other tools. Covered in detail in [Integrations](/help/integrations/).

### Subscription

Your plan and billing. New accounts start on a 7-day free trial with full access; see the [pricing page](/pricing/) for plans.

## Working in more than one Organization

If you belong to multiple Organizations (common for consultants), each one is a separate workspace with its own documents, team, and integrations. Your profile settings like job title are set per Organization.
